22 Weeks Pregnant with Twins - The Workout


facebook.com jenniferburgessfitness.com I am 22 weeks (5.5 months) pregnant with twins. Since I'm a pre- and post-natal certified personal trainer, a Beachbody coach, and the Fitness Coordinator for Furman University, people keep asking me if I'm working out and what my workouts are like. Here is a video to satisfy your curiosity! Keep in mind that I was already fit before becoming pregnant and had been working out regularly 5-6 days per week at a high intensity for about an hour each day. Now that I'm pregnant, I have toned that down to about 4-5 days a week for 30-45 minutes at a moderate intensity. This has been approved by my doctors and will be reevaluated at 28 weeks.
