RECORDED Friday, JULY 1, 2011 @ 11:08 pm @ 37 WEEKS PREGNANT & 3 DAYS (On my iPod, so sorry for the cruddy quality) Sorry it cut off...what I was saying was we had a mani & pedi but it didn't help as for labor :( Then we went to eat sno-cones, took Kacen for a past due hair cut, went swimming at my Mom's hotel, checked our PO BOX, ate at Olive Garden then came home & have been here since....just been waiting for something to happen. I promise to update when anything changes as always!

Today I would like to introduce all pregnant women to an exercise to try to prevent and avoid breech presentation of their babies. It is called the breech tilt positioning exercise. As always, it important for you to check with your doctor before starting any new exercise to make sure that it is safe for you. A few weeks before birth your baby normally moves into the delivery position with the head downward. The breech presentation, however, is when the baby remains in a foot or buttocks down position. A breech presentation should be avoided if possible since there are certain risks associated with it. This simple exercise is not guaranteed to turn your baby to the vertex, or head down position, but it encourages your baby to do so. It is more effective when you start this exercise earlier on in pregnancy and it can be done at home. For this exercise you will need A yoga mat or towel pillows or couch cushions and a couch or chair. This exercise should be done on an empty stomach. If you get light headed or begin to experience pain, stop doing the exercise and consult with your doctor Lie on your back on the yoga mat or towel with ankles resting on a couch or chair. Your bottom should be positioned near the edge of the couch or chair. Lift your pelvis into the air by pushing downward with your feet. In loving memory of our son baby Joshua Immanuel
We were blessed by his presence on the 4th month of our marriage. We were so happy for our first baby and started to prepare ourselves to be a good parent. On the 23 weeks of the pregnancy, our world was crushed down when the doctor diagnosed the baby with hydrocephalus. We don't know why this happen, the pregnancy was healthy the whole time, we have no illness or viruses, non of the same case ever happen to our family. We believe that God has a plans and we pray for God to do the best thing for him and be with us the whole progress, that's why we named him Immanuel (God is with us). Due to premature membrane rupture, he had to be born early on the 26 weeks of pregnancy at 05 June 2009, he fought a good battle for 3 days at NICU and finally God took him home to heaven at 08 June 2009 which also our 10th month anniversary. We're thankful that we got to be beside him and have the change to say goodbye. Even though he only with us for short time, but he had touch our heart and change our life in a way we can not explain. Our life will never be the same again. We love you and miss you so much baby boy..... Until we reunited again in heaven you will always stays Forever in our heart
