Murder for miscarriage, law in Utah
Earlier this week a controversial bill in Utah was signed into law which states that pregnant women and girls will be charged with murder if they are found to have a miscarriage caused by an intentional or knowing act. The law is guaranteed to shape the abortion debate and many argue there are also some major consequences that come with it.
